




We're looking for an experienced Foreman Carpenter to lead a variety of jobbing and insurance-based projects. In this role, you'll be hands-on, managing small teams on site, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing materials and equipment, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, and have the autonomy to make on-the-ground decisions, while still having strong support from the wider team. The successful candidate will ideally bring 5+ years of industry experience, preferably as a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), and demonstrate strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. With a focus on quality workmanship and team coordination, the Foreman will manage on-site operations, materials procurement, and subcontractor activities, while maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager regarding any deviations from standard procedures or timelines. Strong computer literacy, cost awareness, and a customer-focused mindset are essential, along with the ability to lead by example, adapt under pressure, and foster a positive, productive team environment.
