Work on high-quality residential renovations, decks, landscaping, and new builds We’re a small, growing construction business currently run owner-operated, with plans to expand the team by bringing on an apprentice and a more experienced team leader. You’ll be working directly alongside the owner, giving you a great opportunity to not only build your practical skills, but also gain insight into how the business operates day-to-day. This is a hands-on role where you won’t just be standing around—you’ll be trusted with responsibility and given the chance to run smaller jobs as your skills develop. The work consists of high-quality residential projects including renovations, decks, landscaping, and new builds across Auckland. We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, takes pride in their work, and is ready to step up and take responsibility. Attitude is everything. Outside of work, I’m into sports, hunting, and fishing, and enjoy a good chat—so looking for someone who fits into that kind of easygoing but hard-working environment.
