Supportive company culture fostering success and growth THIS IS FULL TIME ON THE TOOLS If you have previously applied -please do not apply again We are after skilled carpenters. * MINIMUM 2 years construction experience either as a builder, joiner or fencer. We specialise in retaining walls; fencing, hard landscaping, decks, gates, and pool fencing Specifically this role involves carrying setting out jobs; loading out materials, measuring, cutting, using nail guns, skillsaws, dropsaws and chainsaws. This role still will dig holes when required. This is a extremely fast paced role; and requires critical thinking to ensure a seamless outcome. Monday - Friday 7am-5pm with some Saturday work. If you are strong, enjoy physical work, being outdoors and have the following attributes: Key Responsibilities *Carry out building, construction, and remedial work to a high professional standard *Interpret and work from construction plans, drawings, and specifications *Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and site managers *Maintain a safe and tidy worksite, adhering to all health & safety requirements *Problem-solve onsite issues and contribute to efficient project delivery *High level of care & pride in workmanship, particularly in fencing & infrastructure quality. *Able to accurately follow instructions while also adapting when required in the field. *Strong communication skills, with the ability to report issues, progress, & needs clearly. - Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. - Mandatory Full Current Drivers Licence, with own transport to and from work. - This role requires driving manual - trucks and vans. - Can swing a hammer. - Be able to work as a team. - Can work without supervision - Ability to turn up on time at 7am each day is required.
