Our directors bring over 40 years of combined experience to the table and are genuinely passionate about what we do. With a tight-knit team of just over 40 across Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Wellington and Christchurch we’re gearing up to expand nationwide to meet growing demand and that’s where you come in. We’re on the lookout for skilled, qualified builders who are ready to get stuck in, lead from the front, and help us deliver top-notch results. What we want from you: · You’re a qualified builder who knows your way around a Kiwi worksite, bonus points if you’ve been doing it for 7+ years! · You’re just as happy grabbing a paintbrush as you are running the show on larger scale jobs. · You’ve got the leadership skills to guide contract crews when extra hands are needed. · You take Health & Safety seriously (but don’t mind having a laugh while keeping everyone safe). · You’re up for the occasional overnight stay or bit of travel when the job calls for it. · You’re a people person, confident chatting with clients, subbies, and teammates alike. · You roll with the punches and adapt easily when things change (as they always do on site!). · You’re a team player who gets a buzz from doing great work and nailing results. · You’re self-motivated and can get things done without someone looking over your shoulder. · You can handle technology driven devices (we promise, it won’t bite). · Got height or EWP qualifications?
