We are seeking a motivated and experienced Carpenter to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on commercial builds and take the next step in your career. You will play a key role on site, working closely with Project Managers and Foremen to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Work on commercial construction projects as part of a motivated team Read and interpret plans, 3D models, specifications, and construction drawings Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with NZ building standards Select materials and tools for site activities Perform tasks at heights and finishing work Join a strong health & safety culture on site Coordinate with other team members to share knowledge and meet high standards About You: Experienced Carpenter with good communication skills Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing High attention to detail and commitment to quality Knowledge of health & safety requirements Good level of physical fitness Full NZ driver's license, WTR endorsements a bonus, however, can be achieved with us Must have the right to work in New Zealand What We Offer: Competitive remuneration package Secure, long-term role with a strong pipeline of commercial work Supportive team environment with clear career progression A company that values safety, quality, and its people How to Apply: If you are a skilled carpenter ready to join one of Timaru's top commercial construction companies, we'd love to hear from you.
