Key Responsibilities: * Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, foundations, and the installation of windows, doors, and other fixtures. * Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure work is completed to specification. * Ensure safety standards are met and adhered to on-site. * Work effectively with your team, communicating clearly to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. * Be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently when required. * Occasionally work Saturdays as needed. Requirements: * Minimum of 2+ years' proven experience as a carpenter in New Zealand. * Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work. * Full tool kit to carry out your carpentry duties. * Reliable transport and a punctual work ethic. * Site Safe certification is advantageous but not essential.
