As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating various activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. Responsibilities * Oversee daily activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules * Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations * Assist in the planning and execution of schedules * Assist with custom tailoring quotes to meet client's needs. * Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports and change orders * Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and our in-house teams * Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the process Requirements * Proven experience as a carpenter in the industry * Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and safety regulations * Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings * Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision would be a plus * Valid driver's licence required Why join us * Supply of all personal safety equipment * Supply of full uniform (except trousers and shorts) * Supply of cell phone * A friendly and respective work environment  * Interesting scope of work * 4 weeks annual leave (which can be taken as it accrues) * Company vehicle will be allocated for transport to and from work and for any company business once initial training/induction period is completed  If this sounds like you Click APPLY now if you are interested in this opportunity!
