About the role: As a Cabinet Maker within our team, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing of our high-end joinery. Part of a skilled team, you will ensure the coordination and timely completion of cabinetry assembly and detailing. This full-time position is based in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty. Key Responsibilities: * Manufacture quality products across a range of joinery projects - kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, entertainment units, be-spoke joinery and more * Construct and assemble cabinetry pieces in line with design specifications * Work closely with Workshop supervisor, and other team members to meet deadlines and maintain the highest of quality standards * Investigate and implement performance improvements * Assist with installations if required About You: * Has proven experience as a skilled joiner (trade qualifications ideal but not essential). * Quality focused on delivering high-end work and efficiency in your approach with a keen eye for detail * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity * Commitment to maintaining high safety standards in the workplace * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
