About the Role As a Builder at BSG, you’ll be hands-on delivering a wide range of construction and maintenance projects. You’ll work alongside a solid team, supporting the Site Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. What You’ll Be Doing • Carrying out building work to plans and specifications • Delivering high-quality workmanship across all tasks • Supporting site setup, organisation, and day-to-day operations • Working closely with Site Managers, team members, and subcontractors • Ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed at all times • Completing site documentation (timesheets, QA, job tracking) • Assisting with defect work and project completion • Identifying issues early and contributing solutions • Supporting apprentices and junior team members What We’re Looking For • Qualified builder or experienced carpenter • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Good communication skills and a positive attitude • Solid understanding of construction practices and tools • Commitment to Health & Safety • Reliable, punctual, and professional • Willingness to learn and grow within the business The BSG Way At BSG, we’re not just about getting the job done—we’re about doing it right.
