We’re a small, tight-knit crew building high-quality homes, studios, garages, and custom outbuildings throughout the Manawatū region — and we’re looking for another experienced builder to join us. What You’ll Be Doing: * Working hands-on from the ground up — including laying slabs and placing/pouring concrete * Framing, cladding, and finishing across a range of builds * Tackling a mix of projects: new homes, architectural outbuildings, and one-off custom jobs * Prioritising safety and craftsmanship on every site What You’ll Bring: * A relevant building qualification (LBP preferred) * Solid concrete placing experience — big plus! * Versatile skills across the building process with great attention to detail * A strong work ethic, initiative, and a can-do attitude * Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team * A full, clean driver’s license If you’re someone who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a crew that values quality, skill, and good people — we’d love to hear from you.
