If you are: • Experienced Aluminum Fabricator with a proven track record of quality output in the field of windows and/or doors. • Have a strong eye for detail or find yourself constantly thinking “how we could make that work better for the customer?” • Positive - forward thinking & passionate about your role in the team. • Passion for the industry and a proven ability to communicate both up and down Leadership experience would be advantageous but a desire to grow, learn and step up to the challenge is the key attribute for this role.
