ANZCO Foods Eltham have a number of Meat Boner positions available, these positions require at least 1 years prior relevant experience. There are positions available on day and night shift. ANZCO Foods Eltham is located on Ferry Road, Eltham. Applicants must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays when required. These positions are full-time, minimum 30 hours per week, delivering a minimum of $718.50 per week with the potential to earn more when all allowances including piece rates are taken into consideration. Hours will fluctuate above 30 hours in line with seasonal workflows due to the seasonal nature of the business and annual close-down periods. Duties and Responsibilities may include: * Operating switching controls to direct and drop carcasses and meat cuts from supply rails to boning tables * Cutting meat to separate meat, fat and tissue from around bones * Washing, scraping and trimming foreign material and blood from meat * Cutting sides and quarters of meat into standard meat cuts, such as rumps, flanks and shoulders, and removing internal fat, blood clots, bruises and other matter to prepare them for packing and marketing * Trimming and removing head meat and severing animal heads * Slitting open, eviscerating and trimming animal carcasses Skills and Experience we are looking for: * 1 year prior relevant experience is required * Reliability and strong team players * Commitment to safety and quality excellence We deliver taste, nutrition, and wellbeing to the world with products made from New Zealand finest beef and lamb.
