This role suits someone who isn't afraid of hands-on, physical work and enjoys being part of a production environment where consistency and reliability matter. The work is repetitive and pace-driven, so focus, stamina, and a good work ethic are essential. The primary focus of these roles will be working in a specific area where both volume and quality are critical. We are looking for people with prior factory or production experience, a good eye for detail, and the ability to maintain speed without compromising standards. This is a physically demanding role. Work Hours: * Monday to Friday around 6am/8am starts till around 2.30pm/4.30pm finishes * Some rostered on Saturdays Key Responsibilities: * Assist with general labour tasks inside our factory * Maintain a clean and organised work area * Ensure attention to detail in all tasks * Communicate effectively with team members Qualifications: * Must have reliable transport and at least a restricted license. * Good level of physical fitness.
