Potential to learn other areas of the business The Role: As a Machine Operator, you'll be part of a small, supportive team responsible for running a large sanitation machine. Key tasks include feeding crates into the machine, inspecting them, and palletising them once clean. It is very repetitive and physically demanding role. Key Responsibilities: * Unstack crates from pallets and prepare them for sanitising * Inspect crates for damage and remove any branding or price labels * Remove cleaned crates from the conveyor and stack them onto pallets * Carry out general cleaning duties to keep the workspace tidy What's in It for You: * Join a friendly, tight-knit team with great management support * Weekly pay and full PPE provided * Opportunity for long-term or permanent placement * Potential to learn other areas of the business (forklift driving, pallet repairing) Days & Hours: * Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm * Flexibility is essential - hours may increase during the summer peak or decrease over winter What We're Looking For: * Dependable and physically fit, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks * Experience in a production or high-paced environment is essential * Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check and ACC history check * Drug-free and safety-focused * Strong attention to detail and team-oriented attitude About the Company: Our client provides environmentally responsible packing solutions for the agricultural sector, including crates, bins, and pallets.
