RESPONSIBILITIES As a Brewhouse and Cellar Operator, you will be responsible for the production of our Extensive range of beer, cider and soft drinks from raw materials to finished product. • Reporting to the Head Brewer, the key responsibilities include: • Preparing wort and cider for fermentation • Blending cider and soft drinks • Transferring / carbonating / filtering beer, cider and soft drinks • Cleaning and sterilising tanks, lines etc. • Maintaining accurate records per food safety programme and management requests To be considered, you will require the following: • Brewing experience preferred • Good organisational skills / must be able to keep accurate records • Forklift license and experience preferred • Physically fit and strong as role requires regular lifting • Strong focus on health and safety • Strong focus on quality and hygiene • Computer literacy desirable WHAT’S ON OFFER? • Job opportunity within a dynamic and innovative environment and expanding organisation. • Stability and security in a role alongside a friendly team We will be screening expressions of interest as they are received.
