About the Role • Lead and develop briefs with clients • Prepare offers of service and requests for quotes • Prepare agreements for architectural services • Assist with office wide programming • Project research • Concept design • Prepare “red pen” check of project documentation • Prepare specifications and other various client requested reports • Liaise with local authorities and consultants • Tender preparation including evaluation, reporting, and recommendations • Contract observation and administration You may be the ideal candidate if you are: • Self-motivated, diligent, and able to self-manage. • Experienced and capable in commercial and/or Government sectors. • Experienced and proficient in Revit CAD software. • Willing and able to work collaboratively with the whole team to ensure client’s needs are met and exceeded. • Experienced and talented in innovative and creative design. • Strongly principled, honest, and committed to the utmost integrity. • Able to deliver to agreed timeframes and deadlines. • Willing to contribute your skills and experience to your colleagues' projects. • Positive, progressive, and forward-looking.
