Key requirements for the roll : *Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer with proficiency in Revit. *At least 2 Years leading an Architectural design team *You will need a minimum LBP2 or similar qualification. *Strong knowledge of NZ3604, compliance, and consent requirements for design and technical drawings. * Excellent communication skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing project needs. * You will need to feel comfortable in taking client meetings. *Lead your team by example of producing high quality work. *Be able create and be part of a great working fun environment. *Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure. * A collaborative team player with a solutions-focused mindset. *A desire to continually learn and grow, taking your skills to the next level. *At our company, we believe that success comes from investing in our people.
