We’ve got an exciting Technical Business Analyst role just for you! In this position, you’ll provide Business Analyst support for a wide range of applications, system integrations, data analytics and system configurations, making a real impact. Details about the role are below: • Conduct end to end Business Analyst activities as required including requirements elicitation, design, build, documentation, and deployment. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and conduct testing activities to ensure quality delivery of solutions. • Provide administration, configuration, and software support for core business applications. • Project Manage small to medium sized software projects to delivery. • Support maintenance of the Omexom Enterprise Integration Application engine. • Utilise SQL to extract, analyse and maintain data. • Administer and provide end to end support for core applications including SharePoint, Assura, Hilti and Power Apps. • Support the adoption of AI tools and technologies. • Develop dashboards in Power BI to provide insight into overall business trends and actionable insights. • Maintain standards, governance, guides and various IST documents as required. Qualifications and Skills • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role. • Stakeholder management skills. • Collaborative and flexible approach. • Sharepoint Administration and SQL skills (intermediate to professional level). • Proficient capability with analytic techniques and tools (PowerBI). • Good understanding and practical knowledge of system architecture and design.
