ABOUT THE ROLE You'll be part of a team of Coordinators in a busy, supportive office environment. Around 80% of your role will focus on scheduling and dispatching locksmiths to jobs across Christchurch - prioritising urgent work and planning routes efficiently so the team isn't crisscrossing the city unnecessarily. The remaining 20% will involve general office duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, invoicing completed jobs, monitoring stock levels and assisting with admin tasks. Full training will be provided on the job, and you'll be joining a close-knit team that enjoys regular social events throughout the year. ABOUT YOU Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a Service Coordinator (or similar) role and bring a bubbly, team-focused personality. A background in marketing or some sales experience would be a real advantage.
