We have an excellent part time opportunity for a detailed and process-driven person keen to utilise their exceptional administration skills with the Latitude Homes Otago team, based in Mosgiel. The role is permanent part time at 30 hours per week. As Construction Administrator, you will provide office based support to our construction team and be integral to the smooth running of our residential building projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, but working closely alongside the Construction Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: • being a key link with our network of suppliers and sub-contractors liaising on delivery dates and ETAs • checking quotes, confirming and sending purchase orders • liaising with Council for inspection bookings and follow up documents • coordinating our client handover process paperwork and follow up period post-handover • becoming familiar with and use daily our project management systems BuildXact and GTee (training provided) • taking an active part in regular team meetings • and more Working in a small and highly-motivated team, you will be confident in your organisational skills and be capable of driving efficiency through effective, replicable processes. You will have proven experience with the Microsoft Office suite, exceptional communication skills, a dedicated work ethic and high personal standards. Proven administrative experience is essential, and you must be willing to work collaboratively within the team. Punctuality, reliability, and a mature, calm nature are also important attributes.
