In 90 minutes, we work directly on: * CV positioning (what gets attention vs what gets ignored) * Interview answers (how decision-makers actually evaluate you) * Job strategy (role fit, market reality, and positioning) No hype. No motivational talk. Framing & context \(10 min\)** How hiring decisions are actually made - and what we’re focusing on today. **2\. Rapid introductions \(15 min\)** Background, target roles, current blockers. **3\. Working rounds \(45 min\)** Live CV feedback, interview answer refinement, and job-search strategy discussion. **4\. Commitments \(10 min\)** Each person leaves with one fix and one immediate action. **5\. Optional follow\-ups \(10 min\)** Connect only if useful. No forced networking.
