We have a number of reputable engineering companies around Christchurch that are looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join their teams. If you enjoy pulling machines apart, solving mechanical problems, and getting hand on with quality engineering projects, this is a great time to secure your next role.    What You'll Be Doing: * Mechanical fitting, assembly, installing and maintenance of industrial machinery * Heavy and light mechanical fitting opportunities * Operating a Lathe and/or milling machine  * Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs * Interpreting technical drawings and specifications   What We're Looking For: * Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability * Ability to work unsupervised and complete a task from start to finish alone * Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented * Trade qualification beneficial but not essential   What's On Offer: * $28+ per hour based on experience * Full time hours, 40+ per week * Long term opportunity for the right candidate    For all inquiries please contact Louis or Chris at OneStaff on 03 377 3992
