About the role
- Oversee quality assurance across large-scale HVAC installation projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards and contractual requirements
- Conduct site inspections and audits throughout project delivery, identifying non-conformances and driving corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain QS documentation, including ITP’s, inspection records, and commissioning sign off
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to embed and maintain quality in project delivery from day one
Skills and experience
- Strong eye for detail, HVAC trade background and extensive experience across installation, servicing and commissioning of mechanical services
- Comprehensive understanding of QA systems, inspection and test plans, and compliance documentation
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and standards to verify installation quality
- Practical, hands-on approach. Comfortable managing time between site inspections and office-based documentation
- Relevant trade-qualifications, Site Safe, Working at Heights certificates
