About the Role: We’re seeking a motivated and customer centric problem solver to deliver exceptional support and drive sales success in a fast-paced environment. Ideally based in Invercargill, this is an in office desk/phone-based role where alongside your supportive team, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries, orders, and support. You’ll also be making proactive outbound calls to follow up on quotes, promote special offers, and build strong customer relationships. Candidates based in either Dunedin or Christchurch with significant experience may also be considered. Key responsibilities include: • Managing high volumes of inbound calls, email enquiries, and all interactions professionally • Processing orders, quotes, returns, and claims with accuracy • Making outbound calls to follow up on quotes and promote offers • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions • Maximising sales opportunities through cross selling and upselling • Supporting Business Development Managers with feedback and insights • Maintaining high levels of customer service and complaint resolution What We’re Looking For: We’re after someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys connecting with people.
