ALH is on the hunt for motivated Traffic Controllers, TMOs, and STMS to join our well-established teams across the Waikato.
This is hands-on, outdoors work - you'll need to be physically fit, capable of being on your feet all day, and ready to work as part of a crew keeping sites safe and traffic moving.
About the Role:
* Assisting with traffic management and general labouring duties
* Working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Early morning starts, late finishes, and long hours may be required
* Opportunity to work across multiple major projects in the Waikato region
What We're Looking For:
* Physically fit, reliable, and a strong team player
* Excellent communication skills and safety awareness
* Current Traffic Control, TTM, TMO, or STMS tickets (TTM-W preferred - training can be provided)
* Class 1 full licence preferred, Class 2 even better!
* Previous traffic management or civil experience a bonus
