Permanent role with consistent hours and a great team environment Our client is looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join their crew in a varied civil construction role. This position includes tractor grader and digger operation, labouring, truck driving, and general site works across construction and asphalt projects. It would suit someone who enjoys a mix of duties, takes pride in getting the job done properly, and is happy to adapt to what the day requires. Key responsibilities - Operate tractor grader and digger machinery safely and efficiently - Carry out labouring duties and assist with day-to-day site tasks - Undertake truck driving duties as required - Support civil site works, construction activities, and asphalt-related work - Help with site preparation, clean-up, and general operational support - Complete pre-start checks and basic care of plant, vehicles, and equipment - Work as part of a team and follow site instructions and health and safety requirements - Pitch in across a range of duties as project needs change What we are looking for - Experience operating grader and/or digger machinery - Class 4 with WTR endorsements preferred - Previous experience in civil works, construction, roading, or asphalt is an advantage - Willingness to jump on the tools and help with labouring duties when needed - A strong work ethic, good attitude, and ability to adapt to changing tasks - Commitment to working safely and contributing positively to the team - Reliable, practical, and happy to work in a hands-on environment What’s on Offer - Permanent role with consistent 40 hours plus overtime available - Competitive hourly rate with yearly reviews - Great team environment If you are a confident operator who is happy to get stuck in, work across different tasks, and be part of a hardworking crew, we would love to hear from you.
