About the role Working Monday to Friday, you will work at our processing factory, salmon farm and vessels in Bluff and Stewart Island. You will ensure that all electrical equipment and systems are functioning optimally, efficiently and safely. This includes installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment, to minimise downtime and ensure the smooth operation of systems vital to our successful salmon operations. You will: * Be EWRB registration and have a current practicing license. * Have a strong understanding of electrical systems, components and equipment. * Have familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations, including marine electrical codes. * Have Industrial experience preferably from a marine or aquaculture environment. * Have an uncompromising attitude to safety. * Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Have a strong team focus and excellent communication skills. What we're look for: * NZ Registered Electrician * Industrial installation & maintenance experience * Skilled in diagnostics & repairs of technical machinery * Strong understanding of 240V & 440V systems * Experienced with generators, pumps, switchboards, vessel electrics * Works well independently & in small teams * Quick to learn new systems & technologies Interested?
