Our locally owned and operated business is looking for a highly motivated individual to help create healthier homes in the Whanganui area. Although a highly rewarding role, this is hands on, you will be crawling around roof spaces and the underfloor as a apart of the comprehensive assessment and inspection process before providing not only solutions but an understanding on how to prioritise what customer should invest into first. Where you will be provided scheduled appointments, you will take ownership to fill parts of your calendar with appointments to help home owners, landlords and builders with recommending solutions for Insulation, Ventilation, Heat & Cool and Efficiency in Homes, Rentals and New builds. You will have a well rounded experience in lead generation through * Door knocking / Cold calling * Social media * Networking / Referrals * Home shows and Expo's Your key skills and attributes will include * A strong sense of autonomy & accountability * A genuine sales person committed to helping the customer long term, not just a quick sale * Positive Attitude with a strong work ethic * Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality * A passion for understanding needs and finding solutions for your customers * Tech savvy Importantly you will also have experience of managing your sales pipeline – reporting, planning, forecasting and organisational skills to ensure that your numbers are solid.
