Our expertise includes: -New Homes: From duplexes to bespoke high-end projects, we utilize our own earthworks machinery for a start-to-finish home experience. -Renovations: We handle everything from small bathroom remodels and extensions to complete home renovations. -Pole Sheds and agricultural building in the Wanganui / Manawatu region. To enhance our team, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: -A minimum of 6 years of residential carpentry experience. -Strong ability to oversee daily operations of building projects. -Proficient in reading and understanding plans. -Professional interaction with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. -Commitment to completing projects with high-quality finishes. -Willingness to engage in the social aspects of our team. We value hard work and offer a competitive compensation package, which includes: -Pay rate dependent on experience. -44-hour work weeks with availability for overtime. - late model Hiace van, fitted to your preferences, with a fuel card provided. - $20 weekly phone allowance. - tool account to assist with purchasing tools. -All "large" tools supplied, including framing and finishing guns. -Coverage of professional costs, including LPB licensing. -Uniform, boots, and PPE provided.
