Key Responsibilities: * Providing excellent customer service in our showroom. * Preparing quotes for bathroom and laundry renovations. * Managing and ordering stock. * Maintaining stock control and inventory. * Handling phone and email enquiries. * Processing packing slips and sales orders. * Liaising with homeowners, trade customers, and home building companies to assist with product selection and requirements. * Assisting with administration tasks and trade store as required.
