Main responsibilities: Flutter front-end development, Python/Django back-end development, and iOS & Android app release processes. Job Responsibilities 1. Mobile Development (Flutter) * Develop and maintain iOS/Android applications using Flutter. * Implement UI, logic, animations, and performance optimizations based on product requirements. * Participate in the full delivery cycle from prototype to production release. 2. Back-End Development (Python + Django) * Build API services using Python + Django / Django REST Framework. * Design database structures and implement business logic, permissions, and session mechanisms. * Maintain backend performance, handle logs, monitoring, and security hardening. * Write scripts, scheduled tasks, or data-processing programs (Python) as needed. 3. App Store & Release Management * Familiar with the publishing process on App Store Connect and Google Play Console. * Handle certificate signing, privacy policies, iOS ATT, and Google Play privacy compliance. * Address review issues and analyze crash logs (Xcode Organizer, Firebase, etc.). 4. Collaboration & Delivery * Independently estimate development timelines and deliver working versions on schedule. * Communicate with product/design teams regarding feasibility and optimization plans. * Diagnose production issues (backend API, logs, third-party services, etc.).
