ECE Centre Manager

As Centre Manager, you’ll be the kaitiaki of this special space, leading a team of passionate kaiako and shaping a learning environment where tamariki thrive. You’ll be supported by the GM, ECE and a collaborative network of Centre Managers at our seven other locations. This is a full-time permanent role (Monday to Friday). You’ll be a natural leader who: * Inspires and empowers others, fostering a culture where aroha (love), rongo (peace) and hari (joy) are woven into daily practice. * Brings strong operational leadership – from staffing and compliance to financial oversight and building strong community and whānau connections. * Has a deep understanding of planning, assessment and curriculum delivery.
