A room has become available in our Hobsonville house! Large living area and kitchen makes sharing the space easy. The house is fully furnished with all appliances, kitchen utensils etc. so you only need to worry about your room. Located a 5-10 minute walk from the Hobsonville shops in a quiet sub divsion with easy access to the westgate shopping area, bus station and Hobsonville ferry terminal (which have awesome weekend markets). Included in the expenses is toilet paper, cleaning products and oil etc. The room has a large wardrobe and seperate storage cupboard with plenty of room for a double/queen bed and a desk. It also has a large ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and sociable.
