Key Responsibilities: * Drive new business across schools, councils, landscapers, developers, and homeowners. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. * Prepare and follow up quotes using Pipedrive and Fergus, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery. * Specify product solutions based on site requirements and technical drawings. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. * Provide regular updates and reports to the Director on leads, budgets, and progress. To be successful in this role you will have: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Proven sales and customer relationship experience. * A commercial mindset - you understand margins, quoting and project profitability. * The ability to read construction and/or playground plans and specify products confidently. * The ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly. * A growth mindset and be values driven. * Teamwork collaboration. * NZ Driver's Licence and legal right to work in NZ.
