Intermediate Project Manager to step into a $13M MOE school build. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s comfortable running day-to-day delivery, managing financials, and keeping programme and procurement on track. MOE experience is a bonus, but strong commercial construction experience is essential. What’s in it for you: - $140K–$160K + vehicle - Step up on a $13M education project - Immediate start with a well-structured team around you - Tier 2 commercial main contractor - strong forward pipeline The Role: You’ll support and run key elements of the project from early works through to completion, working closely with the Site Manager and Construction Manager. - Managing project financials, forecasting and cost control - Programming and coordinating procurement activities - Handling variations, pricing and subcontractor claims - Coordinating consultants and subcontractors - Supporting reporting and overall project delivery What You’ll Bring: - Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial builds - Confidence managing financials, programme and procurement - Exposure to MOE projects preferred, not essential - Organised, proactive, and able to hit the ground running - Available immediately Interested?
