We're after a capable Filling Machine Operator to join a specialised manufacturing environment where quality and process matter.
**About the role:**
You'll be trusted to operate, clean, and maintain filling equipment in a highly controlled setting-ensuring everything is done right, every time.
**What you'll be doing:**
* Operating and monitoring filling machinery to meet production targets
* Carrying out cleaning and sterilisation procedures to strict standards
* Following and contributing to technical documentation and process records
* Troubleshooting issues and keeping production running smoothly
* Maintaining high levels of accuracy, hygiene, and compliance
**What we're looking for:**
* Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment (pharma, biotech ideal)
* Ability to follow detailed cleaning and sterilisation processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good numeracy and attention to detail
* Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a hands-on role
* Flexible with start and finish times when needed
* A qualification in science, laboratory tech, or relevant experience, would be beneficial
