Ideally, you will be based in Wellington or the Hutt Valley, working closely with the Regional Manager while providing strong operational leadership across the broader region. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating cleaning operations, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring Millennium’s processes and policies are consistently implemented. You will be the face of the business on site, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. This is not a standard 9–5 role and will require flexibility, including early starts, late finishes, night work, and occasional weekend work. This may involve shifts outside normal working hours, such as evenings and early mornings, depending on the needs of the customer and compliance requirements. + Reliable, honest and self-motivated A willingness to work outside all year round (when safe to do so) Comfortable sometimes working at heights Work Environment: Tools, equipment, machinery used: Large industrial cleaning equipment and materials, industrial vehicles, and basic computer systems. Working conditions: Normal work environment (on-site and off -site locations), outside work, extreme temperatures, flexible schedules, may require some weekend work. Physical effort required: Some heavy lifting, working with equipment, confined spaces, and heights. Travel required: Driving will be required for this position. Training Full training will be given to the successful applicant as well as external training and all the gear required for this role. Once fully trained, you will be in charge of your truck and equipment to attend and run jobs on your own.
