In this role you'll be responsible for: * Maximising the efficiency of the storage facility by ensuring all stock movement is processed in an accurate and timely manner. * Assisting where needed with un-loading of all freight and customer vehicles, loading of transfer vehicles and co-ordination of company transfers. * Maintaining order and safety in the loading dock areas by keeping clear and free of clutter, pallets damaged goods and anything else that may become an issue. The successful applicant will have strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and be physically fit as you'll be on your feet throughout the day and will be required to do some heavy lifting. In addition, we're ideally seeking: * A full NZ Class 1 Driver License, with F endorsement is ideal * A current OSCH (Forklift Operators Certificate) is an added bonus * Excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude * The ability to work well both within a team environment and independently * Experience in administration and accurate data entry skills * Good computer skills * Strong attention to detail * The ability to multi-task * A natural ability to provide excellent customer service * Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers. About the Role We're looking for a detail-driven Procurement Administrator to join our Commercial Team in Lower Hutt. This role is all about keeping our procurement engine running smoothly supporting project delivery, ensuring compliance, and building supplier relationships. You'll be the go-to for purchase orders, supplier queries, and contract documentation, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
