Accredited Employer for workers on Visas * Permanent full-time position * Competitive salary package * Company vehicle Our client is seeking a Residential & Commercial Glazier to join their fast-growing team in Auckland. We are specifically looking for someone with significant experience who has the ability to lead commercial projects. Penrose location. Your duties: * Accurately measure and cut glass * Deglaze and reglaze glass in both wood (putty) and aluminium frames * Create sketches with cutting sizes for glass and channel for the work to be carried out * Accurately measure and cut aluminum channel for office partitions and showers * Accurately measure and install for frameless glass projects - pivot/sliding doors, balustrades, canopies * Good comprehension - written and spoken * Strong organizational skills, including managing small teams What we offer: * Monday to Friday, Minimum 45 hours a week (plus occasional Saturday work) * Company glazing vehicle * Competitive hourly rates (plus Monthly Performance Bonus) * Lunch breaks are paid * After-hours call-out work = 1.5 - 2 times the normal hourly rate * End of year performance bonus pay (Monthly/Christmas) * Opportunity to grow into a senior glazing role * Great Team Culture * Accredited Employer for workers on Visas. About you: * Minimum 2 years or more of glazing experience in commercial glazing * Experienced in commercial glazing installations, including shopfronts, office partitions, etc * Experienced in showers, mirrors, balustrades, and splashback glazing * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of measurements * Practical approach and positive attitude to solving customer challenges * Strong communication and time management skills, ability to be part of a team, and promote a "can-do "attitude * Current NZ Driver's license If this sounds like you or someone you know, apply now to learn more!
