Our Albany café is a true flagship — a high-volume, family-friendly destination featuring an indoor playground, a liquor licence, and a loyal, repeat customer base ??About the job This is a hands-on Café Manager role with full accountability for day-to-day café performance. You will lead from the floor, set clear service and operational standards, and ensure the café operates efficiently across front and back of house. You'll be responsible for managing labour, controlling costs, maintaining compliance, and leading a large team in a busy, customer-facing environment.
