This is a high-volume, outbound cold calling role where your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our clients in the IT space. Role Requirements: * At least 1 year of outbound telemarketing sales or lead generation experience required. * Strong work ethic - the harder you work, the more you get paid. * A quick learner with great initiative & adaptability, as campaigns can change often depending on the time of year. * Good communication skills & excellent telephone manner. * Resilience and self-motivation are required to work in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to generate new business opportunities. (150+ per day). * Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team. * Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' IT products and services, including hardware, infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions. * Proactively identify potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline. * Achieve and exceed daily KPIs for call volume and lead generation.
