You’ll be sharing the main house facilities with me and my daughter, while having your own private studio space. The room / sleep-out: * Spacious, sunny studio room off the garage. * Warm and comfortable, with good natural light and a peaceful outlook. * Located separate from the main bedrooms in the house, giving you extra privacy. * The room comes furnished - as displayed on the ad. The House: * Character home down a long driveway on a private, tranquil section – it feels like a little oasis off the road. * Modern, spacious kitchen with great flow out to a sun-drenched deck for morning coffees. * Large living area with sunroom, plus two double bedrooms in the main house (you’ll be sharing with one existing flatmate full time and another who is always travelling). * Separate laundry and off-street parking. * There is a third friendly flatmate - Tom the Cat! So you will need to love animals.
