CAT 12H Grader

We’ve owned this grader since Feb 2021, it has been used as a final trim pavement construction grader during this time. The operator has now retired so it’s surplus to requirements. Other than routine servicing/maintenance the only thing we’ve done is replace the hydraulic pump back in 2021. The previous owner/operator was very fastidious and oversaw a full engine rebuild.
