Recently renovated, the venue blends heritage charm - think timber finishes and fireplaces - with a modern two-level layout, featuring a buzzing public bar, mezzanine dining, and a terrace boasting mountain views. It’s fast becoming a go-to local and après-ski favourite. The Roles We’re building a strong kitchen team and are on the hunt for Chef de Parties and a Sous Chef who thrive in busy pub environments and love delivering quality food with consistency. You’ll be working on a menu of elevated pub classics with a modern Kiwi twist - approachable, hearty and full of flavour - while helping set the tone for a high-performing, positive kitchen culture.
