Fixation Builders is a growing construction company that specialises in residential high end new builds, renovations and extensions in one of the most spectacular locations in the country. We are expanding our team and have another great opportunity for a builders Labourer to join our ever growing team. This position has the potential to progress to an apprenticeship for the right person. We have a small like minded team passionate about what they do and like to make the most of what Queenstown has to offer outside of work. Weather you are local or having been looking to make the leap and move to Queenstown we would like to hear from you. Our work diary is still booked out for at least 2 years. Our projects provide a lot of variety, ranging from high end architectural new builds to renovations and extensions. We are after someone with the following: - Works very well in a team environment. - Able to take direction as well - Problem solving skills. - Excellent customer relationship skills. Personally you will need to be: - A team player - Able to buy into our team culture. - Positive, honest and polite. - Organised and efficient. - Very communicative and collaborative. - Able to work alongside a knowledgeable team of apprentices and experienced builders. - Valid Drivers Licence is a must. - Must have own vehicle and able to travel to worksite within the Queenstown area each day.
