Juted Holding is growing its Frame, Truss & Floor Cassette operation, producing high-quality frames, trusses and floor cassettes for residential and commercial construction. Monday to Friday - 40 Hours Per Week The Role As a Production Operator, you will: * Build and assemble timber wall frames, roof trusses and floor cassette systems. * Operate production machinery, power tools, saws, and equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process with accurate measuring, checking and assembly. * Work within a structured production line and support a smooth workflow across all stations. * Follow health & safety requirements and contribute to a clean, organised, lean working environment. * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. * Assist with material movement, loading, stacking and general production tasks as needed. What We're Looking ForWe want someone who brings: * Experience in frame & truss manufacturing or practical construction experience as a hammer hand or carpenter. * Strong hand-tool and power-tool skills, with confidence working in a fast-paced production environment. * Ability to read basic plans or work instructions (training provided). * Reliability, punctuality, and a strong team-focused attitude. * Good communication and a commitment to producing high-quality work. * Basic computer skills – comfortable using screens, software, or digital instructions to operate machinery and complete online training modules. * A team player who takes pride in contributing to our growth and being part of a high-performing manufacturing team. * A strong focus on safety and willingness to learn and improve.
