Opportunities for career development and advancement Our client in Hastings, known for their commitment to quality and excellence, has been involved in many small to large-scale drainage projects from site preparation, and excavation through to installation of pumps and pipework. And, is looking for a qualified and experienced DRAINLAYER to join their team. We are seeking for NZ qualified drainlayers who are passionate about their work and have the technical expertise required to perform their roles effectively. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems for both residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: *Install drainage systems in accordance with New Zealand regulations and standards *Work from blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation *Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing drainage systems *Operate and maintain drainage equipment safely and efficiently *Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards Required Skills, Knowledge, and Attitude: *NZ qualification and certification in Drainlaying * NZ class 2 driver's license *Fit and strong, and able to carry weight over 20 kilograms *Knowledge of plumbing and drainage materials and methods *Skill in interpreting designs, plans, and instructions *Knowledge of building and safety regulations *Knowledge of the Building Code in relation to drainage Benefits of this role: *Competitive salary based on experience *Opportunities for career development and advancement *A supportive and inclusive work environment *On-going training and education *Temporary to permanent opportunity If you are a skilled and qualified Drainlayer looking for a new opportunity to grow and challenge yourself, apply with your updated CV, and feel to contact Gloria on 0220804755 for more details.
