We are looking for a good kiwi battler who is as comfortable leaning on a farm gate and talking all things rural as they are in the yard and showroom exploring customers' projects. Strong relationships are at the heart of what we do. You'll be leading a small team that aims to do the leg work that makes things happen for rural producers. You won't be stuck in one place buried in paperwork but will be free to get out on farms to understand customers' projects and see them through to completion whilst building lasting customer relationships, backed and supported by a national team. About the Role Goldpine Dannevirke is part of our network of twenty-two retail stores strategically placed across the regions. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will need to: * Match our rural customer dedication and passion for producing and supplying natural products * Be able to converse with and understand our customer base about all things farming * Take pride in site presentation and customer service * Be able to lead and motivate a small team to achieve customer service excellence * Be the sort of character that can get on with and relate to a wide range of people * Plan, and be flexible, to ensure day-to-day store operations run smoothly * Have a commitment to safe work practices, including a current full drivers licence and physical fitness appropriate for lifting timber products About the Company We're a family-owned company that's been operating for over 40 years in outdoor timber with our main goal of bringing value to the customer.
