If you're confident behind the controls and enjoy working in a supportive environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities * Operate front-end loaders with grapple attachments to load trucks efficiently. * Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery. * Assist with fleeting and other site tasks as required. * Work closely with supervisors, truck drivers, and dispatch to keep operations running smoothly. * Follow all site safety and environmental procedures. What You'll Need * Valid WTR Endorsement (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers) * Minimum 2 years' experience operating a loader (grapple experience essential). * Reliable transport and a positive, team-focused attitude * Strong commitment to health and safety * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test What We Offer * Weekly pay * Pathways to permanent employment.
