Location: Waikato Region Shifts/Roster: * Monday to Friday ideally with flexibility to work on the weekends * AM Shift: 5:00am - 5:00pm (Hours may vary depending on work volume) What You'll Be Doing: * Setting up and removing traffic management equipment. * Assisting with site setup and clean-up. * Operating the stop/go paddle. * Communicating clearly via radio transmitters. * Maintaining traffic management sites as needed. * Completing on-site records and paperwork. * Interacting with the public while ensuring their safety. What We're Looking For: * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. * Valid driver's license and reliable transport to get to and from job sites. * TMO-P Ticket holder (preferred but not essential) * Strong focus on health and safety. * Experience in traffic management (preferred but not essential). * Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and perform manual labor. * Strong team player with the ability to handle challenging situations. * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check. * Provide Two Contactable References If you're looking for variety, career growth, and the chance to be part of a strong, supportive team, apply now!
